‘The 7th World Water Forum’, the world’s greatest event of water known as the ‘Water Olympics’, will open in one month. This Forum will be held at Daegu EXCO and Gyeongju HICO in Gyeongbuk for 6 days from April 12 through 17.
With ‘Implementation’ set as the core value, people from about 170 countries, including the summits, ministers/vice ministers, international organizations, academic seminars, entrepreneurs and NGOs will join this round of the World Water Forum. The Forum Secretariat estimates that about 35,000 people will participate in this event.
This Forum will consist of four major programs: programs by topic, political programs, scientific technology programs, regional programs, citizen forum, side events for the public and various special events.
