Houthi rebels of Shia Islam overthrew the government of Yemen, leading to instability in the Gulf region in the Middle East. Saudi-led Arab-nations coalition charged the Houthi rebels on the 26th (Local time). The military tensions and conflicts could spiral out of control in the Middle East region. Egypt, Morocco, Jordan, Sudan, Kuwait, Arab Emirate, Qatar, Bahrain including Saudi Arabia participated in the action against the Houthi rebels.
On the other hand, the Arab League of 22 nations held a Foreign Ministers’ Meeting where they agreed to form a unified military force. The Arab-led unified military force was initially established for Egypt to counteract Islamic States, but it is getting involved in the Yemen Crisis as well.
